Action Items - Fact and Assumptions

*8 year or new trailer

*Driver must speak and read English

*Must show up with proper ID

*No one under 18 in the truck

*Agrees to Macropoint Cell Phone Tracking

*Driver Name and cell phone number

*No metal floors - OK to secure to block to Wood Floor

5 Straps - 3 load bars or equivalent.

Driver to call prior to Loading and delivery to schedule dock times.

Driver to provide ETA at time of loading and notify GlobalTranz of any exceptions.

Driver to immediately report any exceptions taken at time of delivery and note on BOL.

Pictures to be taken of all loaded vans and again at destination if there are any exceptions noted.

Hauler insurance coverage to be at least $100,000 per shipment.

Customer responsible for load and count.

PO number must be referenced on each Bill of Lading.
